我是一位數位健康實踐者（digital health practitioner）。我的工作橫跨研究、轉譯與實際落地：做研究產生證據，也走進醫院和新創團隊，讓數位健康工具真正被用起來。
研究上，我以臺北醫學大學臨床研究資料庫（TMUCRD）為基礎，這個資料庫涵蓋北醫附醫、萬芳、雙和三院的長期電子病歷。主要方向包括臨床 AI 驗證方法學、慢性腎臟病與血液透析族群的數位健康介入（含隨機對照試驗與生成式 AI 衛教），以及藥物流行病學與醫療大數據分析。
實踐上，我擔任 DHT 數位健康新創轉譯產學聯盟執行長，協助新創進行場域驗證與臨床資料驗證，也共同創辦了醫療 AI 新創愛達特力 iDocly。教學上，我在醫學資訊研究所主授必修課「醫療資訊處理理論與實作」，以 Biodesign 醫療創新方法學帶學生從臨床需求出發，並指導研究生與國內外實習生。
I am a digital health practitioner. My work spans research, translation, and real-world use: I produce evidence through research, and I work alongside hospitals and startups so that digital health tools are actually adopted in care.
On the research side, I build on the TMU Clinical Research Database (TMUCRD), which links longitudinal EHR data across three affiliated hospitals. My work covers clinical AI validation methodology, digital health interventions for chronic kidney disease and hemodialysis (including randomized trials and generative-AI patient education), and pharmacoepidemiology with health big data.
On the practice side, I serve as Executive Director of the DHT Digital Health Alliance, supporting startups with field validation and clinical data verification, and I co-founded the medical AI startup iDocly. I also lead the required graduate course Health Information Processing: Theory and Practice, built on the Biodesign innovation process, and mentor graduate students and interns from Taiwan and abroad.

獲獎Awards
指導學生獲獎：JCMIT 最佳口頭論文、新南向菁英研習計畫（NSPES）分場最佳簡報獎。Students supervised won a JCMIT Best Oral award and a best presentation award in the New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program (NSPES).
